Terminal Services was installed during the OS install, and is actually not needed. The machine only runs SQL, and all tasks should be able to be completed using "Remote Desktop Administration" mode, instead of Terminal Services.
Terminal Services has expired (default 120 day mark) and will not allow remote connections at this point. When I attempt to uninstall Terminal Services, a get a message that scares the heebie geebies out of me.
It states that programs installed after terminal services was installed may need to be reinstalled after uninstalling Terminal Services.
I assume this is for remote computing applications, such as office applications and such. Does anyone know if uninstalling TS will affect my SQL Server?
